Security Gates and Fences - all outside storage spaces are protected by security fences which are electronically monitored and checked daily for suspicious activity.

Closed Circuit Cameras - digitally recorded closed circuit security cameras are positioned and throughout the facility.

Lighting - External lighting is deployed through the facility.

Most storage facilities offer (at a cost) insurance policies to protect your belongings or charge extra and force you into a policy of their own . While this may seem like a "good deal" it is actually is a revenue enhancement for the storage facility (offering you expensive and sometimes substandard policies). In most cases insurance rates can be secured much cheaper on your own and in some cases your home owners insurance already may cover you. We do not offer any insurance policies and do not cover any damages or stolen property while you are renting space at our facilites. We do however encourage you to get insurance coverage. Your first step should be to contact your home /auto /boat insurer to see if the items you place in the facility will be covered by your existing policy. If not get a policy that is right for you through a professional who has your best interests in mind.
